Job Description

  1. Assist the salesperson in serving customers/ 2. Place an order in the ERP system and follow up the order progress/ 3. Follow up and coordination of order delivery exceptions/ 4. Shipment arrangement and follow-up/ 5. Reception and follow-up of customer complaints/ 6. Monthly statement verification, follow-up confirmation and system account establishment/ 7. Sort and archive customer data and orders/ 8. Other matters assigned by the superior
